Spreading good fortune in the world.

The J.W. Couch Foundation — the grantmaker that started GiveFocus. We rebuilt their entire stack from the inside: a public site, a grants platform, and a stories library, all owned outright.

The project that started it all

We were the client first.

Before GiveFocus was a studio, it was a solution to our own problem. The J.W. Couch Foundation was paying for the same disconnected stack every nonprofit pays for — and losing the same hours moving records between them.

So we built the alternative. A public presence that tells the foundation's story, and a private platform that runs the grants operation end to end — from letters of intent to awarded dollars. One system, owned outright, shaped to the work.

This is that build — the first one, and the reason every other project exists.

The public presence

A site that reads like the mission feels.

An immersive hero, clear programs, and giving stories that put the work front and center — built to load fast and read beautifully on any screen.

More work

The next one is still coming into focus.

In the studio now

A few builds are in the works right now. We don't share a story until the client owns it — each one goes live here when it's handed off and in use, not before.

Booking the next build

Your mission could be next.

We book a few builds at a time and are actively planning our next development round. Start with the walkthrough — about 10 minutes, and you keep the findings either way.
